How to use BusinessLunchClub
It's nice to get out of the office and do some networking at lunch... but it's not always possible. Busy professionals now have a way to get all the benefits of a business lunch on those occasions when they are working through lunch.
Participate in discussions, introduce colleagues, and shoot the breeze. If you would normally do it in a business lunch, now you can do it on Twitter.
It's really simple to participate. If your tweet includes any of these hashtags, we'll recognize it as belonging on BusinessLunchClub: #bizlunchclub, #businesslunchclub, or #blc (case doesn't matter). There are no rules for how to use BusinessLunchClub.
Plus, we'll parse your tweet for some special features. If your tweet includes......text like "-cFF0000" we'll turn the background color of the current tweet to FF0000 (red). This could be used to make a tweet more prominent than the others, or to color-code your tweets any way you like. Any hex value representing a color can be used in the format -cXXXXXX (don't include the leading pound sign). For example, "Working on a new joint venture #blc -cFF0000" will show this way:
